The Blade of the Raven Queen
Dwarven Smith. Nordheimer - Champion of Odin
Level 5 Mountain Dwarf Paladin – Oath of Vengeance
Weight: 200 lbs
Hair and beard: white
Skin: pale with red hues
Respect of the Stout Folk: As well respected as clan crafters are among outsiders, no one esteems them quite so highly as dwarves do. You always have free room and board in any place where shield dwarves or gold dwarves dwell, and the individuals in such a settlement might vie among themselves to determine who can offer you (and possibly your compatriots) the finest accommodations and assistance.
Personality: I’m rude to people who lack my commitment to hard work and fair play.
Ideal: Aspiration. I work hard to be the best there is at my craft and in service to Odin
Bond: I owe my clan a great debt for forging me into the person I am today.
Flaw: I’m quick to assume that someone is trying to cheat me.
The Frostbeard Clan hails from the Blue Mountains of the north that straddle the border between Vanaheim and Asgard. The Clan is renowned throughout the lands for their skilled craftsmen so traders from far and wide risk the high mountain passes to visit the dwarfhold. In the ages that have passed since the Wildling diminished the dwarven gods the Frostbeard Clan began to worship the Norse gods of their neighbors. No one can recall when their conversion happened but no one doubts their commitment to the Norse gods.
Jurgen has two passions; Odin and steel. He spent his youth learning the arts of war in the light of Odin and in the smithy amongst the din of the hammers and the heat of the forge. His youth passed, he was sent to the city of Cauldron to fulfill a Clan agreement and provide services to a wealthy merchant. He has had little time to explore Cauldron since his arrival but with his contract now complete he plans to explore the town and the surrounding lands in search of adventure and the hope of displaying the might of Odin.
